“ I visited the Wood Shed on a weekday at lunchtime, and I was surprised to see a small building surrounded by many cars! As we walked in, I quickly understood why the restaurant was so busy. A small family diner consisting of two rooms and a kitchen visible in the back, the Wood Shed immediately showed its charm and I felt very welcome. You seat yourself after ordering from a menu on the wall consisting of plenty of options for anyone who loves good food. I wasn't super hungry, so I got a regular brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad for under $10. I paired it with their homemade spicy BBQ sauce that was sitting at the table and it was so good!! It was very simple, like BBQ should be, so be prepared if you're looking for a finer dining experience. The restaurant had an environment that makes you feel at home, with family photos of the owners on the walls surrounded by cute and quirky barbecue themed decorations. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming and I can't wait for the opportunity to return. ”
